STRATON® produces radiation from two distinct focal spots acquiring two distinct views for each projection the CT scanner creates. Aligned with the detector system to measure 4,260 of these projections per second, double the information is supplied to improve resolution with no increase in dose. Additionally, doubling the measurements enable the elimination of visible spiral artifacts.
