Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS/CLS/MT) Scholarships*
o Currently enrolled in an NAACLS accredited program AND be in the final clinical year of education by the application close date;
o Minimum GPA of 2.8 out of 4.0;
o U.S. citizen or a permanent U.S. resident
Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT/CLT) Scholarships*
o Currently enrolled in an NAACLS accredited program AND be in the final clinical year of education by the application close date;
o Minimum GPA of 2.8 out of 4.0;
o U.S. citizen or a permanent U.S. resident
Graduate Scholarships*
o Currently enrolled in a graduate program affiliated with an NAACLS accredited MLS/CLS/MT program AND have started a graduate project or research project;
o Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0;
o U.S. citizen or a permanent U.S. resident
Legacy Scholarships*
For children, grandchildren, siblings, nieces, or nephews of a laboratory professional
o Currently enrolled in an NAACLS accredited program AND be in the final clinical year of education by the application close date;
o Be the child, grandchild, sibling, niece, or nephew of a certified MLS/CLS/MT or MLT/CLT
o Minimum GPA of 2.8 out of 4.0;
o U.S. citizen or a permanent U.S. resident
As of November 15, 2011, applications are no longer being accepted for the 2011-12 Siemens-ASCP Scholarship Program. Please revisit this page in August 2012 for new applications pertaining to the 2012-13 Siemens-ASCP Scholarship Program.
*Employees, Board Members or Officers of Siemens or American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) and the immediate family members, defined as: parents, siblings, grandparents, aunts, and uncles, are not eligible to participate in the Siemens-ASCP Scholarship Program.
