Meet the leaders of the company.
Mr. Donal Quinn was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics in May, 2008. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer of the same division since November, 2007. Previously, Mr. Quinn was Chief Operating Officer for Dade Behring Inc. with global responsibility for sales, service, marketing and logistics.
Mr. Quinn joined Dade Behring in 1998 as Group President, Biology and became President, Europe Middle East and Africa in 1999, responsible for all commercial operations within those regions. In 2000, he was promoted to President, International, responsible for all commercial operations outside of the U.S. and Canada, and in 2002, became President, Global Customer Management. He was appointed to the role of Chief Operating Officer of Dade Behring in 2007.
Prior to joining Dade Behring Mr. Quinn worked as Global President, Hospital Business, for Mallinckrodt Medical, a medical device company based in Hennef, Germany. Prior to joining Mallinckrodt Medical in 1982, Mr. Quinn was Controller for Abbott Laboratories, Ireland.
Mr. Quinn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Cork University in Ireland in 1976. He continued his studies to become a Chartered Management Accountant and subsequently became a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants (F.C.M.A.).
Denice Kronau was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics in April 2009. She is responsible for corporate controlling, business administration, and financial analysis.
Ms. Kronau joined Siemens in March, 2002 as President and CEO of Siemens Shared Services, LLC in the US and became head of Global Shared Services upon its inception in October 2006, with responsibility for formulating the ongoing vision and driving overall strategy for the organization. In November 2008, Kronau took on an additional role within Siemens by becoming CFO of Siemens Corporation and Cluster USA while continuing to lead Global Shared Services. Prior to joining Siemens in 2002, she worked for a number of firms in the United States and Europe, including Diageo PLC, Kraft Foods International and Phillip Morris.
Ms. Kronau has a degree in Computer Science/Business Administration from West Virginia University.
