Siemens and Bio-Rad Laboratories have expanded their global joint marketing agreement under which Bio-Rad will provide quality control products and UnityTM Quality Control (QC) data management solutions for Siemens IMMULITE® Immunoassay platforms. The combination of the quality control products and data management solutions will help ensure Siemens’ customers of the reliability and precision of their clinical laboratory test systems.

IMMULITE® 2000 Family of Immunoassay Systems quality control data can be compared to peer-groups around the world and is reflected in a variety of high-impact reports. These reports, which can be viewed from any internet-enabled computer, include:
- Levey-Jennings Reports - provide quality control data for instrument methods
- Peer-Group Reports - provide inter-laboratory method comparison data
- Adjustment Reports - monitor the assay calibration settings
- Target Range Reports - assist in setting the acceptable quality control target ranges for various control lots
