MACH is characterized by an especially high general color reproduction value of 96%. Even the many different shades of red in i.e. an open wound field can be differentiated; detail perceptibility is clearly improved. Computer-optimized cold light filters and reflectors, which minimize both: the unwanted heat build-up in the body region and the temperature rise in the illuminated wound field (thermal radiation). The focusing ability of the lamp facilitates punctiform depth illumination. The lamp is focused by turning the handle for fast and exact positioning.
