A seminar was recently held at the University of Liverpool for more than one hundred healthcare professionals involved in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries. The event was organised by the University’s School of Health Sciences and sponsored by Siemens Healthcare. Delegates had the opportunity to observe live scanning and listen to lectures on the management of rotator cuff injuries, most commonly suffered by the over 50s as a result of attritional wear and tear to the shoulder muscles.
