The syngo Lung CAD device represents the second generation lung nodule detection product from Siemens, having improved capabilities for the detection of solid pulmonary nodules in thoracic CT studies as well as CAD workflow enhancements. The syngo Lung CAD device has been validated in the largest multi-center, multi-reader study performed to date on the use of CAD in thoracic CT examinations. The study showed that the use of syngo Lung CAD as a second reader helps to significantly increase the detection accuracy for clinically significant lung nodules. The seamless integration of syngo Lung CAD into the syngo® LungCARE CT application, allows Siemens to provide a comprehensive solution for the detection, evaluation and follow-up of lung nodules.
syngo Colonography PEV (Polyp Enhanced Viewing) is a second reader for automated identifications of lesions in the colon using CT as an imaging technology. PEV is an optional add-on to the syngo® Colonography application. Together with the other workflow-enhancing features in syngo Colonography, such as Auto Polyp Measurements, PEV is intended to help improve reading accuracy as well as reading efficiency.

syngo MammoCAD is our CAD solution for use in full-field digital mammography examinations. The device generates CAD marks to highlight suspicious areas in the mammogram, such as masses and microcalcifications. The CAD tool is designed for excellent workflow efficiency. With an average of less than 60 seconds processing time per set of four images**, syngo MammoCAD is optimized for high volume throughput. The product is integrated with the syngo® CAD Manager, a Siemens CAD server solution.

As a one-of-a-kind technology, syngo BRACE performs an image-based soft tissue motion correction to improve the image quality of subtraction images in dynamic MRI studies. In particular this motion correction software removes motion artifacts that commonly occur when the patient moves during the exam, enabling the physician to make a more accurate diagnosis.
syngoTrueD is a unique multi-modality application that enhances your clinical workflow. Fast, easy and intuitive, this application enables efficient reading of patient scans from single and multiple imaging sessions. syngo TrueD provides advanced image analysis and comparison to help you make better informed diagnosis, therapy and follow-up decisions.
syngo TrueD is designed for hybrid imaging modalities, including PET·CT and SPECT·CT. In addition, the application supports fusion of CT or MR images with PET or SPECT images. Bringing together a wide range of functionality with unmatched ease of use, syngo TrueD is leading to a whole new level of clinical excellence in oncology.
Soarian Quality Measures powered by REMIND represents a fundamentally new tool to support quality improvement. It replaces time-consuming manual chart reviews with highly accurate and automated chart abstraction of quality measures. Soarian Quality Measures combines all available patient data, including free text in clinicians’ notes, to capture a provider’s compliance with accepted practices to improve quality of care. Soarian Quality Measures currently supports quality measures as defined by CMS and JCAHO.
Soarian Quality Measures is powered by the award winning REMIND technology (Reliable Extraction and Meaningful Inference from Nonstructured Data), which includes data extraction (e.g., natural language processing), data combination and probabilistic inference. REMIND searches through all patient records analyzing information in unstructured and structured form.
