Proactive Select™. Perfect for hospitals and high-volume diagnostic imaging centers, Proactive Select lets you choose one of three volume-based coverage options: unlimited, annual exam allowance or pay-per-exam.

Proactive Essential™. Designed especially for rural hospitals, low-volume clinics, orthopedics and veterinary offices, this plan also allows you to choose one of three volume-based options listed above. And as your volume increases, you can upgrade your coverage without changing your service plan.
