Oncology Care - IGRT

Delivery of radiation therapy treatments is relying more heavily on the use of diagnostic quality imaging. Critical to the entire process of diagnosis and treatment, the power to acquire, enhance, share, interpret and network images is key to the ability to provide leading-edge cancer care.

We offer several technologies that enable image acquisition and decision making processes required for IGRT in various clinical settings.

  • CTVision System

CTVision™, consisting of an ARTISTE™, ONCOR™, or PRIMUS™ Linear Accelerator and a modified SOMATOM® diagnostic CT scanner that travels on 2 parallel rails in the treatment room (called “CT-on-rails”), offers a unique, straightforward approach for Image-Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT).

  • MVision Megavoltage Cone Beam Imaging Package

The MVision Megavoltage Cone Beam Imaging Package is fast, automated, and efficient. True, single-console integration allows the entire process of image acquisition, 3D reconstruction, and automatic offset calculation to be performed in less than three minutes.

  • OPTIVUE

OPTIVUE™ 500 and OPTIVUE™ 1000ST are designed to be true patient positioning systems, allowing users to deliver treatments and automatically compensate for patient or anatomical displacement.
