Course Description
CN8CUADV is a four and one half day course to be held at the Malvern, PA campus, designed for customers who have purchased Siemens Clinical Networking products. The course beginsby reviewing concepts previously learned so as to help the administrator to optimize their current PACS system. It continues on into Basic Unix, Remote Diagnostics, and BasicTroubleshooting with information on numerous error corrections. Lab sessions will provide “hands-on” work with these products and will reinforce the concepts presented.

Upon completion of this course participants will be able to:

Understand and adjust for workflow changes that affect the PACS environment
Utilize basic unix commands
Understand basic network topologies
Perform routine remote diagnostic maintenance
Understand and correct for typical error messages that occur within the PACS system

Strong computer background
