Soarian Beta Activity

• Alegent - Alegent has completed the C5 beta activities, and is now live on Clinical Access and coding DAM Allergies (enterprisewide), Service Provider Workspace (SPW), Orders, Assessments, Oncology, EDTB, and CCU in various units and facilities.
• University Hospital of Erlangen (FAU) – German validation and Development partner for Soarian Clinicals and Scheduling. Primary usage of DPC/DRG with SAP integration and SIenet/syngo Integration. Erlangen is live on C5 since March ‘07 and on Scheduling 2.2. FAU is live on pilot wards for OMR (eHIM) integrated to Soarian and is planning the transition to Yanistra.
• Wels – Austrian beta for Soarian Clinicals C5 and Scheduling 2.2. Primary use of C5 features includes ED Tracking Board, Clinical Letter, and Service provider workspace, in addition to Orders and Assessments.
• The Chester County Hospital (TCCH) – CCH is conducting a CPOE beta with Pharmacy and is preparing for live.
• Nebraska Heart Hospital (NHH) - The Cardiology beta is underway with preparations being made for live.
• Susquehanna Health (SH) - SH is live on SF 3.0b2 and is interoperating with Soarian Scheduling 2.2. The Financial Project team has reengaged and is working towards the 3.0c2 live event. SHS is conducting a CPOE beta with Pharmacy 24, which is preparing for the upcoming live.
• University Hospitals – UH has begun beta testing SF 3.0c2, and is preparing for the upcoming live.
• Fox Chase Cancer Center – Oncology development partner. Clinicals C4 has been delivered to the test environment. FCCC has completed beta validation for the C5/Oncology 1.0 beta software.
• CentraState Medical Center – CentraState will be our ICO beta partner for Soarian Plans of Care (POC). Currently we are testing the first delivery of Plan of Care software. Testing includes build of care plans and testing the actual workflows. Also in preparation for the POC release, CentraState upgraded to C5 in November.
• Espirito Santo Saude – Portugal country validation. ESS is the C5 in-country validation of the Portuguese translation. This activity is on target for completion.
• Trier – Soarian Elevate beta for Germany. Live on the Zugspitze GA version (SOE#3) with outbound orders, clinical documentation and operational reports. Live on two new workflows: Diabetes and Pharmacy (WFE). Project Team is currently uploading Sub-visit and DPC data from foundation system. Trier is planning for upcoming C5 Elevate live.
• Bay Area Health – Bay Area went live on C5 (Clinical Access and Clinical Documentation) in June. It is our ORMS 1.0 beta partner. Planning for Phase 1 of OR Live with Scheduling and some limited OR documentation functionality is underway.
• PinnacleHealth – ASP beta partner for Soarian POC. Similar to CentraState, we are in the planning/design stage for the upcoming software delivery. Pinnacle is also implementing Zynx’s Clinical Content, which will be integrated with our POC beta activities.
