The Berichrom C1-Inhibitor assay is for the chromogenic determination of C1 Inhibitor activity.
Intended use:
Determination of the activity of C1-inhibitor in plasma for the diagnosis of diminished C1-inhibitor in plasma, increased consumption and for monitoring substitution therapy and steroid therapy.
