LA 1 Screening Reagent / LA 2 Confirmation Reagent
The detection of Lupus anticoagulants (LA) represents an important diagnostic finding in the diagnosis of the anti-phospholipid syndrome (APS), which manifests in venous or arterial thrombosis or obstetric complications. Furthermore, LA is frequently detected in autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE, secondary APS).
Intended use:
LA 1 Screening Reagent and LA 2 Confirmation Reagent are simplified DRVVT reagents for detection of Lupus Anticoagulants (LA) in one-stage clotting tests.
