Course Description
The Introduction to MR Spectroscopy: Basic Concepts and Applications course is a two and one-half day class describing the basic principles of MR Spectroscopy as implemented on theMAGNETOM Symphony system. It is intended to provide the MR technologist with the knowledge and ability to perform MR spectroscopic studies as part of the regular MRI examination. The course covers both the data collection aspects and post-processing options. Six months of experience in the operation of the Symphony system and at least two years of experience in routine clinical MRI are required.
