Intro to Linear Accelerator-based Radiotherapy

The Introduction to Linear Accelerator-based Radiotherapy fellowship provides information and instruction for clinics transitioning or already transitioned from a Cobalt system to implementing and using a linear accelerator for treatments. This is a 5-day course facilitated within the University Hospital Hamburg-Eppendorf. This course emphasizes a hands-on approach to learning.

Prerequisites

Participants must have a working knowledge of the English language.

Who Should Attend?

Medical professionals who want to understand the basic principals of radiotherapy. Designed for Oncologists, but also open to Physicists, Dosimetrists, Therapists, and Technologists.
