Education Services (ES) offers a suite of tailored core user and end user training services to help customers deploy their Siemens Health Services (HS) IT solutions throughout their organization. Services include customized development and documentation of training materials, training program management and administration, and end user training delivery.

Our training staff can:

• Project manage end user training programs, including defining education strategies and developing implementation plans and detailed work plans.
• Develop custom training materials that include the policies and procedures specific to each organization.
• Provide electronic training guides that customers can use to develop their own organization-specific training guides.
• Deliver customer training based on a customer's policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Administer the end user training program, including scheduling of classrooms, equipment, students, and trainers, and tracking attendance.

ES staff will partner with the customer to identify end user training needs and develop a strategy for a successful training program.
