Registration
If you are a Siemens customer and would like to have access to the HS Customer World section, follow the instructions below.
A Web browser that supports SSL (Secure Socket Layers) 2.0 or 3.0 is required. Microsoft's Internet Explorer version 5.0 and higher or Netscape Navigator version 4.74 and higher are recommended at this time. Need Assistance? Email us.
Need to register a new facility?
If you are registering an institution for the first time, please complete the Siemens Customer Agreement and Registration Form. If you need help completing the form or are uncertain if your facility is already registered, please contact Customer World Support at HSCustomerWorld.Healthcare@siemens.com

Need to register a new user or make changes to an existing account?
Contact your site's Customer World administrator if:
- Your facility is already registered and you would like to gain access to HS Customer World
- You need to make a modification to your existing account
- You forgot your login or you encounter issues while logging in to Customer World
Customer World administrators can make modifications to an existing registration (adding or deleting users, etc.) within the HS Customer World Administrator section of Customer World.
