“Like many institutions, we have more than 10 MRI systems scattered across our campus. Practically, it’s not possible to schedule an expert on site for every study, and that can negatively impact quality control. But with syngo Expert-i, we can supervise and even run cardiac MRI studies from an easily accessible remote console, without being physically present by the MRI machine. We have input and control as if we were on site and that has dramatically improved our ability to provide services across campus. At this point, we could not function efficiently without it.”
