The EPACtool™ MLC is an efficient positioning and calibration tool for the Siemens MLC. Developed for the professional engineer, this software-based program simplifies and automates the testing and calibration process.
Service Efficiency
The software allows users to efficiently complete an MLC calibration using various programmed tools, such as the speed calibration algorithm or through a 4-point calibration process.
Speed of Service
Users are able to quickly perform service tasks that enhance the service workflow. For example, the automatic cleaning cycle moves each MLC leaf without using the hand-control while allowing the user to clean rapidly.
Ease of Use
The program enables the user to move MLC leaves synchronously/asynchronously in all 4-point calibration locations. Also, controlled by a scroll type mouse, the user can adjust the leaf movement from course, medium, or fine mode. With the scroll button and in the fine mode, the user can move the leaves in increments as small as less than 0.5mm.
Upgrade Path
Designed as a long-term product, sites may upgrade to the next generation MLC, therefore, upgrades of the product are part of the product sale. As a registered member of the tool and the OCS website, users will be able to download the next upgrade, updates, and other files from the web.

Upgrade Instructions
The user will not need register the new software. The program uses the existing registration information. Launch the exe.file and follow the instructions within the upgrade wizard.
