This task list serves as a guideline for treating the patient and documenting this treatment. In executing the individual tasks, you directly trigger a diagnostic procedure, a therapy, or a medication order, or access the corresponding treatment documentation. At the same time, the system displays all of the required patient information in the clinical overview. You can freely configure the clinical overview using predefined components. Direct access to the complete electronic patient record thus facilitates necessary decisions in the course of a patient's treatment and underpins the fast and complete documentation of examinations. In addition, the Documentation Work Station permits direct access to the patient's chart.

• Task-specific access to the patient’s clinical overview with selected, but relevant information
• Situation-oriented access to the electronic patient chart with information on medication, documents and vital signs
• In-place documentation and simple transfer of text contents that have already been written or formulated
• Category-related treatment notes in free-text format, using text modules
