Improving the surgery planning process
The i.s.h.med* surgery module supports organization and documentation in the hospital’s surgical departments. Planning functions help to optimize the complex surgery planning process. At the same time, the user is able to directly access all essential information in the electronic patient record.
Surgery planning is available in list form or as a graphical calendar and enables the long-term scheduling of elective cases, as well as the daily room and personnel planning in surgical departments.
The entire treatment progress is displayed and updated in the surgery documentation work station. Documentation can be created directly from the documentation work station, either separately according to occupational groups or interlinked related to the status of intervention. Information relevant to administrative departments is available for patient billing and administration immediately upon release. The module can be flexibly configured to suit the requirements of the relevant department.
