CTVision System

The CTVision™ System consists of an ARTISTE™*, ONCOR™, or PRIMUS™ Linear Accelerator and a modified SOMATOM® diagnostic CT scanner that travels on 2 parallel rails in the treatment room (called “CT-on-rails”). This offers a unique, straightforward approach to Image-Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT).

The CTVision System can be used for all diseases sites, however the major interest has been for anatomical regions that require exquisite soft tissue contrast and/or tumor motion management. The use of the same high quality imaging modality for both the planning and treatment imaging maintains the highest possible precision defining the CTVision System as the Gold Standard for treatment-room image quality.
