The Eclipse™ family of PET cyclotrons is Siemens comprehensive solution for radioisotope production. Siemens Eclipse RD original shielded cyclotron is an 11 MeV, negative ion, single particle accelerator with a unique 4- and 8- Position Carousel Target Changer ideal for a research and development environment.

The RD system can produce small volume targets with high production yields ideal for a research or clinical system use using up to 16 target positions and 40 µA current. The Eclipse RD requires Helium and water cooling and does not support solid targets.
