Exceptional Sensitivity
With a combination of dense, 10 mm thick LSO crystals, very thin inter-pixel reflector layers and careful design of the detector ring geometry, Inveon has an absolute sensitivity of ≥ 10% at the center of the field of view (FOV).

High Resolution
Combining the high light output of LSO with 1.59 mm x 1.59 mm detector pixel spacing, the Inveon delivers 1.4 mm FWHM (at center of field of view) spatial resolution in images reconstructed using the filtered backprojection algorithm.

High Count Rate Performance
Inveon technology utilizes an asynchronous coincidence processing architecture which virtually eliminates electronic dead-time and substantially improves count rate performance and peak NEC.

Large FOV
Inveon provides an axial FOV of 12.7 cm that is extended to 30 cm with continuous bed motion.
Dockable Multimodality
The Inveon PET system is easily converted to a multimodality system by virtue of its unique docking feature to an Inveon CT or SPECT•CT system. In docked mode, the two scanners can operate independently or as a single multimodality system under the control of a single workstation.
