The AXIOM Luminos TF portfolio ushers in a new era in imaging and introduces a multitude of benefits for the clinical team and patients: Ease of Use, Image Quality, Radiation Reduction and DICOM connectivity. Our constant focus on these principles and innovation allows us to continually help you simplify and improve your clinical environment – freeing you to manage your business – patients.
The table of AXIOM Luminos TF accommodates fluoroscopy examinations on patients weighing up to 600 lbs with static table operation. And for patients up to 500 lbs, it delivers full tilt function and 4-way tabletop movements, allowing bariatric patients easy system access and minimal patient moving.
AXIOM Luminos TF features a wide tabletop and open architectural design. The distance between table and digital imaging tower measures a spacious 21 3/4", enabling comfortable repositioning of larger patients.
With the help of the new tableside user interface, operating functions such as generator, imaging and fluoroscopy parameters can be performed directly by the user’s side.
The integrated Opti Grip of AXIOM Luminos TF is best described as flexible and ergonomic, enabling single-handed system operation for both right- and left-handed users. With the capability to rotate freely and to accommodate wrist movements, positioning the digital imaging tower is easy and effortless.
All system operations can also be performed on the Opti Touch Display, located just beneath the live fluoroscopy monitor within easy reach. It provides continuous updates of all examination parameters, organ program selection and also control of all radiographic exposure parameters.
AXIOM Luminos TF delivers fluoroscopic images of outstanding quality, supporting you in diagnostic decisions. Advanced functions such as DDO* (Digital Density Optimization) and SDM (Selective Dominant Measurement) further enhance your imaging capabilities.
The innovative FLUOROSPOT Compact is a high-resolution digital imaging system that provides single and serial acquisitions in 1k x 1k matrix for dynamic review. Post processing functions such as single image subtraction further improve image quality for your diagnoses.
With DDO, regions with wide contrast range are automatically adjusted for greater detail recognition within the image. SDM is a digital phototiming function which ensures optimal exposure of objects that are not in the center of imaging field– as a result, requiring fewer retakes.
Dose levels play a critical role in fluoroscopy procedures in particular for children. For pediatric examinations, AXIOM Luminos TF achieves radiation exposure levels that are as low as reasonably achievable (ALARA).
With our Care programs (Combined Applications to Reduce Exposure), we set the standard for radiation protection for both patient and physician - by combining the lowest possible dose with outstanding image quality. Some Care features of the AXIOM Luminos TF are:
* Option
** Results may vary. Data on file.
*** Standard for the fluoro tube, optional for the overhead tube
With its comprehensive networking features, AXIOM Luminos TF has the potential to considerably expand your networking capabilities in the fluoroscopy room – and, in the process, significantly improve the overall workflow of your radiology department.
AXIOM Luminos TF is DICOM 3 compatible. As such, it forms a seamless fit in the existing network landscape of your clinic. When combined with the syngo X Workplace, AXIOM Luminos TF offers you comprehensive data management capabilities for displaying, viewing, post-processing or archiving images. This tremendously improves your overall workflow in terms of ease and efficiency.
