AXIOM Iconos R200
Connectivity
DICOM 3 - Excellent coordination and seamless integration
DICOM 3 is a safe investment in the future. This standard optimally prepares your department for connectivity and significantly improves workflow overtime, in part thanks to our extensive, tailor-made service package.
The open system platform - linked to the future
The open architecture of AXIOM Iconos R200 gives you the power of the entire hospital network - virtually without problems or delays. You can send DICOM 3 images to other departments or create CDs in DICOM 3 format. For scientific exchange, your images can enter the PC world as TIFF files. For documentation purposes, you can send data from your FLUOROSPOT Compact to a laser camera with a single click of the mouse. And through a standard video outlet, you can copy your fluoro sequences to videotape. Fast, simple, efficient. With the innovative AXIOM Iconos R200, you can be certain that your investment will remain state-of-the-art for a long time to come.
More efficient workflow and excellent presentation of results - LEONARDO
The LEONARDO modular concept is specifically designed to improve services for departments like Orthopedics, Surgery, and Angiography. Special post-processing functions mean that the radiological results can be presented better and more clearly. Another advantage: LEONARDO increases workflow efficiency. While reviewing the findings at the workstation, the fluoroscopy room is available for the next patient. The solution is also cost-effective; it was designed using standard PC architecture with a common user interface. And because of its modular design, you only purchase the components you really need.
Image Quality
Excellent Image Quality - Improving diagnostic confidence
Image quality is the pivotal point for an accurate, meaningful diagnosis. This is what we provide you, thanks to many years of experience, with unique technology and individual components precisely tuned to one another throughout the imaging chain. Whether automatic exposures using CAREMATIC increased resolution, the FLOUROSPOT digital imaging system, or Digital Density Optimization (DDO), AXIOM Iconos R200 means outstanding image quality, which aids you in making an accurate diagnosis. And an accurate diagnosis results in the best possible workflow.
FLOUROSPOT - Brilliant Images Fast FLOUROSPOT, the proven digital imaging system, provides both excellent image quality and fast examinations, thanks in part to the easy-to-use control panel with intuitive menus that can be selected using the mouse or keyboard. The PC interface makes working with FLOUROSPOT quick and easy to learn. Network connectivity in the DICOM3 format eliminates the need for cassettes. You benefit in many ways: safe storage, fast documentation, and easy communication with workstations. The Axiom Sireskop SD can also be configured with full DSA functionality, increasing your overall exam flexibility.
Selective Dominant Measurement (SDM) - designed to give the best possible exposure With selective dominant measurement (SDM), you benefit from consistently high-quality images. Each object is optimally exposed, whether it is in the center of the image or not.
Ease of Use
AXIOM Iconos R200 makes working in the fluoroscopy room easier. In addition to self-explanatory controls that are fast and intuitive to learn, this innovative system distinguishes itself in its ergonomic features.
Opti-grip - Full control within your grasp
Ergonomics is at the center of the Opti-grip, which can be rotated in three directions. Use it to easily control all system movements.
OPTI-Pouch Display - A touch-sensitive field for all functions
One touch is all it takes to select functions using the OPTI-Touch Display: from generator control to digital imaging. The touch screen display, equipped with the latest TFT technology, displays all examination parameters and enables simple and fast operation, all from within the examination room. The clear structure makes operation intuitive and reduces training time. Organ programs with exam specific pre-selected programs reduce operating steps to a minimum.
FLOUROSPOT Imaging System - Virtually the fastest way to greatest efficiency
Intuitive menus that can be accessed by mouse or keyboard makes things easier for the user: an excellent way to quickly obtain an accurate diagnoses.
Flexibility and ergonomics – operating concepts that are tailored to meet your requirements
The fluoroscopy room should offer you all the comforts that make your work easier: this includes fast and flexible system operation and excellent ergonomic system design. These features will support you from the start. At the touch of a button, the Iconos table moves into the ideal patient transfer position. Unrestricted examination procedures, made possible through the automatic positioning of patient table and image receptor, eliminate the need for repositioning under fluoroscopy. Likewise, the integrated, automatic parallax compensation maintains object centering during oblique projections. The table also provides excellent patient access from the back of the system as well as from the head and foot ends. And thanks to the robust system design, AXIOM Iconos R200 also withstands hectic work situations with ease.User interfaces - intuitive and clear
You will find your way around quickly and easily. Comprehensive menus and dialog-driven functions guide you through the examination.
Remote and tableside control - easy to use
No matter where you are - next to the patient or at the remote control console - you'll have ready access to all important functions.
The mouse - simple and fast operation
The mouse enables fast and easy operation of the imaging system. It also lets you post-process images accurately and effortlessly.
Care
With our C.A.R.E. low dose program (Combined Applications to Reduce Exposure) we have an ambitious goal that we are applying to our fluoroscopy systems: reduce radiation dose up to 93%. In this way we protect both the patient and user. However, dose reduction does not mean compromising on image quality. On the contrary, image quality can be retained while dose is reduced.
CAREPROFILE - Protection against overexposure The collimated radiation field and the position of the semi-transparent filters* are graphically displayed in the last fluoroscopic image (LIH). You collimate the desired object and position the symmetrical and/or asymmetrical double wedge filters without releasing radiation. Once all the settings correspond to your requirements, you continue with fluoroscopy - a safe and fast way to reduce radiation dose.
Exposure Parameters optimized automatically - CAREMATIC
CAREMATIC sets the exposure parameters specific to the object and examination during fluoroscopy. The correct exposure data is automatically derived from the fluoroscopy data - another advantage that no other X-ray system currently offers.
CAREWATCH - Certainty with just one look
With CAREWATCH, you can check the selected copper pre-filtering and actual dose** value on the live monitor at any time.
CAREVISION - Dose reduction in fluoroscopy
With CAREVISION generator-pulsed fluoroscopy, you have the ability to select three different pulse rates in addition to continuous fluoroscopy. In combination with copper pre-filtration, dose is reduced up to 93%. By selecting the fluoroscopy characteristic curve, you can also vary the dose per pulse, and adapt the image quality of your examination. The advantage: by storing a meaningful fluoro image, you prevent the need for double exposures, further reducing dose.
