This patient presented with hematuria, right flank pain and recent weight loss of 5 kg per month.

Image Findings

T2-weighted TSE sequence shows
an inhomogeneous hyperintense
mass of right kidney.

Results and Discussions

This case report indicates the utility of the dynamic VIBE sequence for the evaluation of renal mass lesions. It could demonstrate tumoural vascularity as well as the extent of the tumor.
