13-year-old girl (40 kg) with pulmonary atresia, corrective surgery with xenograft 11 years ago. Now calcified stenotic and regurgitant pulmonary valve
Indication for transcatheter pulmonary valve replacement.
Indication for syngo DynaCT Cardiac:
Clarifying spatial relationship of left coronary artery (LCA) and xenograft.
Double injection: RV + LCA, RV pacing 180 bpm.
Due to a very short distance between valve and LCA (approximately 1 mm) the decision was made for surgery instead of intervention.
Projection images of syngo DynaCT Cardiac rotational angiography (5 sec run)
MPR (Multiplaner Reformatting)
VRT (Volume Rendering Technique): Showing both spatial relationship and distance between calcified valve and left coronary artery
