62-year-old male patient with CAD, status after ACVB. Evaluation of myocardial perfusion, viability, and contraction.

Image Findings

Reduced thallium uptake apicoseptally and basally without redistribution 24 h p.I. MUGA-Scan depicts slight segmental motion impairment apically and inferior basally corresponding to the thallium uptake pattern. Ejection fraction 40 %.

Scan Protocol

Tl-201-chloride (rest study, 0 h and 24 h p.I.), MUGA-Scan with Tc-99m-labeled erythrocytes.
