History

50-year-old male patient with CAD and cardiomyopathy, status after posterior and anterior wall myocardial infarction. Revascularization therapy two years ago.

Image Findings

Severe reduction of ejection fraction (18%), dilated left ventricle. Parametric functional images (amplitude and phase images, phase histogram)in four projections reveal wall motion abnormalities. Patient was scheduled for HTX.

Scan Protocol

Tc-99m-labeled erythrocytes (in-vivo/in-vitro method. Planar MUGA-Scan.
