68-year-old male patient with CAD, status after anterior wall myocardial infarction and ACVB. Evaluation for stress-induced ischemia and wall motion abnormalities.

Image Findings

Severe reduction of perfusion, wall thickening, and wall motion in the anteroseptal and septal wall, corresponding to scarred myocardium after infarction.

Scan Protocol

Tc-99m-MIBI rest study (1 h p.I.) and gated-stress acquisition (1 h p.I., 100W).
