24-year-old female patient, severe hyperhydrosis.
Image Findings
Normal I-123-MIBG pattern in the baseline study. Reduced apical I-123-MIBG uptake in the anteroseptal wall as a possible consequence of the thoracodorsal sympathectomy.
Scan Protocol
I-123-MIBG one day before and ten days after endoscopic thoracal sympathectomy.
