68-year-old male patient with CAD, status after anterior wall myocardial infarction and ACVB. Evaluation for stress-induced ischemia and wall motion abnormalities.
Reduced left ventricular ejection fraction. Paradoxical wall motion anteroseptally as a sign of a possible aneurysm. No evidence of stress-induced ischemia (not shown).
