Transapical Valve Replacement

Protocol

5 sec rotational angiography, 240 projection images. 
Injection: Aortic root, 20 cc in total (diluted to 60 cc), injection rate 15 ml/sec, 1 sec scan delay

Treatment / Imaging

Goal of the imaging was to show the coronary ostia for planning transapical valve replacement. Patient got immediately prior to the valve replacement a MIDCAP (Minimal Invasive Direct Coronary Artery ByPass) therapy.
